Kernow coring are a small family run business trading in the heart of Cornwall. We have worked on many different projects and can offer help with thick stone walls, granite, concrete & RC. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with many of the local properties, but don't let this hold up your dream kitchen, bathroom, damp piv vent or a heating installation. We have specialist equipment on the vans ready to help and we are very competitive on price. We cover both domestic and trade and work with many local businesses. Just pick up the phone for a chat. We pride ourselves on personal customer service and will work hard with you to meet your or your clients budget. We are fully insured, hold skilled blue worker cscs cards, fully DSA trained, hold pasma/ipaf cards and have many years experience working in some of the most demanding health and safety environments around the country. All works are accompanied with method statements and risk assessments.

Stone & Granite

We understand buildings in our area and drill 550mm deep holes, through stone and granite for extractor fans, heat exchanges, pipework, flues and drainage every week. Don't let the worry of this hold up your project, give us a call or email to discuss your options; smashing through with a breaker isn't the best approach. Diamond drilling has very low vibration levels and is very accurate with minimal remedial works needed, dust and water can be controlled. Many of our tools are hydraulic and can be run from packs in the middle of a field, so don't let the problem of power worry you we've got that covered too. We have completed over a year of drilling and cutting at Bodmin Jail, that old building challenged us in every way, with crumbling walls, solid granite footings and meter thick external walls, there is nothing more any historical building can throw at us.
